An unusual thing to put on DA, lol. This is a cake that me and my friend, Alex, made yesterday in the shape of a burger... It turned out so much better than we expected!
It's basically two cakes (a tea cake and a choc cake) each cut in half, one to make the burger bun and the other to make two meat patties, then all the lettuce, cheese, onion and tomato (which looks nothing like tomato coz it turned pink!!) are made out of 'fondant' or wedding cake icing.. im not sure we're supposed to call it that in australia though.
We were so happy with it, we took it everywhere yesterday! And we did have to eventually cut it to eat it, and it tasted good too. what a bonus.
